My fitness journey started as a client in 2006 at Cater 2 U Fitness in Bedford Heights, Ohio. Deforest Hart, took me under his wings, pushed me, and surrounded me with brilliant trainers and instructors who took the time to teach me everything I know. From there I took it up a level and found my Personal Trainer, Mike Berry, who not only taught me, shaped my view as a woman in the Personal Training world, and helped me with my fitness goals. I began teaching classes at Cater 2 U Fitness for several years and became a Personal Trainer as Mahogany 360 Fitness, LLC.
I am Ace Certified as a Personal Trainer, IFA Certified as an Aerobics Instructor & Personal Trainer including, Step, Kick Boxing & Group Exercise. I am also CPR & AED Certified through the American Red Cross.
I have had the privilege to host and speak at Medical Conferences, Women’s Health Expos, Community events, churches, and different organizations throughout the city of Cleveland, Ohio. In addition to Mental and Physical Health Seminars for my Sorority of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. which includes my City Wide Chapter at Cleveland State University, as well as, other Colleges and Universities. My passion is to continue dedicating myself to help others achieve their fitness goals as many others have done for me.
