My fitness journey started after graduating from Cleveland State University, in which I found my passion in fitness. I started off as a client at Cater 2 U Fitness and was surrounded by many brilliant trainers and instructors who helped shape my views and taught me about the fitness industry. I began my career by becoming certified as a group instructor and a personal trainer as Mahogany 360 Fitness, LLC. In which, I am ACE certified as a Personal Trainer, IFA Certified as an Aerobics Instructor & Personal Trainer including, Step, Kick boxing & Group Exercise, CPR and AED Certified through the American Red Cross.

I have had the privilege to host and speak at many Medical Conferences, Women’s Health Expos, Community events, Churches, and different organizations throughout the city of Cleveland, Ohio. In addition to Mental and Physical Health Seminars for my Sorority of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. which includes my City Wide Chapters at Cleveland State University, as well as, other Colleges and Universities. My passion is to continue dedicating myself to help others achieve their fitness goals as many others have done for me.
